Key Referral Program Terms

Who Can Participate: Open to current customers who have purchased The College Visit Journal: Campus Visits Demystified (English/Spanish) or Transfer Edition.

Qualifying Referrals: New organizations not in our database who purchase at least 30 books (any combination of our three journals).

Program Coverage: Only available to participants in the United States and U.S. Territories.

Referral Attribution: Only the first person to refer an organization will receive credit if multiple participants claim the same referral.

Reward Timeline: Discounts must be used within 6 months of being earned.

Reward Limits: Maximum of 5 successful referrals will be recognized for rewards.

Referral Validity: Referrals remain active for 6 months from the date they are made.

Non-Transferable: Rewards cannot be transferred between organizations or combined with other offers.

Special Considerations: Grant-funded programs may request alternative incentives of equal value if standard rewards present compliance challenges.

Notification Process: You'll be notified via email when your referral is successful and after payment is received from the referred customer.
